The road, which had been obstructed since Friday due to rainfall, resumed partial movement this morning at Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality–2, with vehicles being allowed to pass alternately, according to the District Police Office. Passengers have been left stranded as the road remained blocked for three days. Ongoing road expansion work, combined with rainfall, has made the surface muddy and slippery, disrupting vehicle movement.

Police said vehicles are struggling to climb the uphill section due to the muddy condition. Although most of the Narayangadh–Butwal road section has been blacktopped, about four kilometers in the Daunne stretch remains incomplete, causing continued hardship for travelers.
