The administration announced the from 4:30 p.m. till 4:00 a.m. on Thursday as tensions flared following police failure even after 48 hours to nab non-licensed driver Bhim Bahadur Thapa who killed motorcyclist Basudev Poudel, 21, of Rajhena-3.
