Judge Gopal Chandra Karmakar directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) to execute the warrants against the murder of Madan Tamang, a Nepali origin. Tamang was hacked to death five years ago.
The warrants were based on 'final supplementary charge-sheet' submitted by the CIB on May 29, media reported. All 23 suspects have been asked to show up in the upcoming hearing on June 23.
