KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Central Finance Ltd has said that it is distributing 33 percent bonus shares to its shareholders. Issuing a statement, the finance company said that its decision to distribute 33 percent bonus shares and 1.74 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders has been approved by Nepal Rastra Bank. The decision, however, is subject to approval of its upcoming annual general meeting.
“After the distribution of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the finance company will reach Rs 246.5 million,” the statement added.
