KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Senior leader of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the government’s decision to dissolve parliament is against the constitution.
“The recommendation of dissolution of the parliament is against the constitution and it should be immediately withdrawn,” said Nepal.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli decided to recommend to President Bidya Devi Bhandari to dissolve parliament this morning.
An emergency Cabinet meeting held at the Prime Minister's Official Residence in Baluwatar decided to recommend to President Bhandari to dissolve parliament.
