KC left the UML party after he was denied party ticket to the upcoming Constituent Assembly elections, a source said.
Aside from KC, the new entrant joining the party is Padam Thakurathi, who was considered close to UCPN (Maoist).
Actor KC had entered the CPN-UML during the premiership of UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal in 2011.
