22-party meeting underway at PM’s office

KATHMANDU, May 27: A meeting of 22 political parties is underway at the Prime Minister’s Office in Singh Durbar, our correspondent Thira Bhusal said.

CPN (ML) leader C. P. Mainali who came out of the meeting venue told myrepublica.com that he urged Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal that the cabinet attain its full size by Friday. Leaders of other political parties were positive about this.

Also, Mainali asked the premier to finalize the Common Minimum Program by Thursday. This was also taken positively.

There was also discussion to end the ongoing parliamentary session soon in order to start the budget session.
