KATHMANDU, Feb 22: The CPN (Maoist Center)’s Standing Committee meeting is currently underway at the party’s central office, Paris Danda. Vice Chairman Ganesh Shah said that in today’s meeting, a review of the statute convention, distribution of responsibilities among the leaders and the current political situation are being discussed.

According to him, the issue of the Terai-Madhesh Awakening Campaign to be held from March 14 to March 28 and the Mountain-Hill-Terai Unity Campaign to be held from April 13 to April 27 may also be discussed in the meeting. Today's meeting may also address the campaign routes, leadership selection, and program planning," he said.
Shah stated that the meeting will review the activities of the government and the ruling alliance.
