New bill proposes suspension of civil servants for incidents related to alcohol consumption in office

KATHMANDU, March 12: In the forthcoming administrative law, the government has proposed cautioning and taking necessary actions if any government employee is found reaching office under the influence of alcohol or consuming alcohol during working hours on office premises.
