BANKE, May 10: As India is constructing an embankment like road next to the no man's land, locals living across the Rapti River in Narainapur are having sleepless nights. India has been constructing the road by blocking the natural flow of water the river in the process of extending the 'border road' which covers 1,752 km distance from east to west.
KOHALPUR, Jan 28: One thing that comes to our minds when we talk about international borders is tight security. However, the no man's land between Narainapur-4, Ghodadauriya of Banke district of Nepal and Asarniya-8 of Indian district Shravasti, has been turned into animal sheds for years.
MAHOTTARI, Jan 11: The area belongs neither to Nepal nor to India. Around 70 small huts are seen Nepal side of the border and similar huts can be seen on the other side. Residents living in these huts on the Nepal side belong to the Mushahar community (who fed on mouse for survival). The area is near to Manasisnera Municipality - 9.

A member from the Kusunda community was taking oath of office along with other members of the newly sub-metropolis’s executive team. Dhan Bahadur Kusunda was the center of attraction.
We heard the newly elected metropolitan members have envisioned smart cities with monorails running on elevated trails and the citizens being facilitated with the smart toilets. Ok, granted. CHITWAN, June 13: With paddy plantation season nearing, farmers of Chitwan are busy preparing seedbeds to sow paddy seeds. Most of them are sowing seeds of one or two varieties. But Chandra Prasad Adhikari, a local farmer, has sowed 103 varieties of paddy seeds in his seedbeds.
GAUSHALA, Feb 2: Indian officials have directed the authorities concerned to dismantle concrete roads and drainage constructed recently by the Indian side along the no man's land between Matihani in Nepal's Mahottari and India's Madhubani area.
