Vivo introduces new smartphone

KATHMANDU, April 4: Vivo has introduced its new smartphone, Vivo V9, in the Nepali market. The new model features full-view display and 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, according to the company.

Jan 14: With the move to edge-to-edge screens and narrower bezels, there's just no room to put a fingerprint sensor on the front of a phone anymore. Phone makers have moved them to the side or back, or removed them entirely.

Pre-booking of Vivo V7 starts

KATHMANDU, Nov 28: Vivo is launching its new smartphone V7 in the Nepali market on December 3. Issuing a statement on Monday, Vivo said that it has opened pre-booking of the phone. According to the company, the new Vivo V7 offers 24 MP front-facing camera and FullViewTM Display.

Global football body FIFA announced another Chinese sponsor on Wednesday, saying that smartphone maker Vivo will be a backer for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
