Hetauda appropriate to be permanent capital: CM Poudyal

HETAUDA, Jan 12: Province 3 Chief Minister Dormani Poudyal said it was the need to choose Hetauda as the permanent capital of the state bearing in mind physical infrastructure available here, regional balance and the issue of security sensitiveness.
