KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): Prabhu Bank Ltd (PBL) and Nepal Certifying Company Pvt Ltd (NCCPL) have signed an agreement for the use of digital signature. Issuing a statement, the Prabhu Bank said it signed an agreement with NCCPL to deliver digital signature and certificate to the bank.
