Veteran Culture Expert Satya Mohan Joshi presented the award to Bal and Chapagain, amid a program held on Friday organized to mark 154th birth anniversary of Yuwa Kabi Motiram Bhatta.
The award, established by Nepal Educational Council in 2042 BS, carries a purse of Rs 50,000 and a gold medal.
