KATHMANDU, July 5: For the first time in Nepal, Yeti Airlines is going to start inflight entertainment services for passengers of domestic flights.
Sudarshan Bartaula, spokesperson for Yeti Airlines, said that the entertainment service is being launched to provide a better travel experience to its passengers. He added, “Now every passenger will be able to travel while watching videos on their own mobile phones. For inflight entertainment, various entertainment videos, music, video games, advertisements and books will be kept inside the airplane targeting every age group.”
“We are optimistic that the journey with the airline will be even more enjoyable”. Under this service, not only entertainment content but also in-flight cab and hotel booking, online shopping and other facilities will be available. The company said that necessary preparations and tests are being carried out with the objective of launching the inflight entertainment service as soon as possible and after the test, this service will be available in all flights of Yeti Airlines, according to the company.
