The arrested have been identified as Danmaya Buda and Jokmaya Buda of Kakri VDC-3 in Rukum district.
According to Inspector Chakra Bhardur Singh of District Police Office, Baglung, they were arrested during a security check.
Singh further said that they were intercepted while heading toward Burtibang from Nisiko-Valkot in a bus with the registration no Na 4 Kha 9221.
