According to police, 24-year-old Sita Acharya, who was injured in the mishap, died while receiving treatment at Blue Cross Hospital.
The mishap happened when the truck, Na 5 Kha 5568, hit the motorcycle, Ba 38 Pa 3825.
Police said they have arrested the truck driver and impounded the vehicle.
