Western region readies for National Games

POKHARA, April 3: Athletes from the Western Region have completed their final preparations for the Fifth National Games.



Mohan Regmi, the president of Western Region Sports Development Committee, said that 325 athletes (including 105 women) from the region will be participating in 21 different games. [break]



Regional sports officials said the ability of the participants and the coaching they have received will earn the region a second place. The region had finished fourth in the last National Games.
