KATHMANDU, March 5: The weather across most parts of the country is expected to be generally clear today. As per the latest bulletin issued by the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Nepal is currently experiencing a partial influence of a westerly low-pressure system.

In the morning bulletin issued at 6 AM, the weather in the hilly areas of the country is reported to be partly cloudy, while the rest of the regions are generally clear.

According to the MFD, the weather is anticipated to remain mostly clear in the hilly regions, including Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. However, there is a possibility of light snowfall in a few places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki and Karnali provinces.

Similarly, the weather is likely to stay mostly clear in the hilly regions of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, while other areas will also experience mostly clear conditions tonight.

There is a likelihood of light snowfall in Gandaki, Karnali, and several high hill and mountainous regions of the Sudurpaschim province.
