KATHMANDU, Jan 19: The weather condition across the country is influenced by a partial effect of westerly winds. 

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), the weather will be partly to mostly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces in the morning. Similarly, it will be partly cloudy to mainly clear over the rest of the country and foggy over most of the Terai region of the country.

The weather will be partly cloudy to mostly clear in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces this afternoon. There is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

Similarly, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in the hilly areas tonight and mainly clear in the remaining areas. The daily weather bulletin of the MFD states that there is a possibility of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and mountainous areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
