KATHMANDU, March 6: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has expressed support in favor of the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).
Talking to media persons outside the federal parliament building on Sunday, Chairman Nepal said that the parties should go to the extent of even dissolving parliament to foil what he called CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli’s conspiracy.

“Chairman Oli has not allowed the house to function properly for a long time. It is better to dissolve the house if it remains as it is. There will neither be a parliament nor any obstructions,” Chairman Nepal said.
The CPN-UML has been obstructing the house sessions after Speak Sapkota did not take any action against 14 UML lawmakers including Madhav Kumar Nepal, whom the party insisted to be removed from parliament. The 14 lawmakers split from the UML and formed a new party CPN (Unified Socialist) led by Chairman Nepal.
The UML has since been obstructing the house sessions demanding the removal of Speaker Sapkota and 14 lawmakers.
