Volunteers deployed to stop anomalies in vehicles

KATHMANDU, Oct. 14: In a bid to help travelers from being cheated by the transportation entrepreneurs during the festive season, the All Nepal Trade Union Federation has deployed volunteers at Naya Bus Park and other areas in the capital.



The Federation said that some 150 volunteers have been deployed after the cases of overcrowded vehicles and frauds were reported. [break]



All Nepal Transport Workers´ Organization President Jagat Simkhada said special vigilance has been increased at the ticket counters.



Similarly, the Federation has deployed volunteers at Sundhara, Kalanki, Chabahil, Satdobato and other areas.
