Likewise, Chairman of the Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party, Mahantha Thakur, claimed that the parties have almost reached consensus in 14 provinces.
Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Vice-chairman and Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and NC President Sushil Koirala, Vice-president Ram Chandra Paudel, general secretary Krishna Sitaula and leaders of the UDMF were present at the meeting.
