KATHMANDU, July 4: Speaker Devraj Ghimire is holding talks with the top leaders of three major parties including Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today.

It is said that Speaker Ghimire will hold a discussion with Prime Minister Dahal, who is also Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center), leader of the main opposition party, CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba at his office in Singhdarbar at 11 am.
It is said that Speaker Ghimire is going to discuss with the top leaders about selecting the chairman of the parliamentary committees and making the functioning of parliament effective.
