UML leaders off to India

KATHMANDU, Sept 15: While the Constituent Assembly (CA) is busy holding clause-wise voting on the revised constitution bill, senior UML leaders Pradeep Gyanwali and Yubaraj Banskota have left for India on Tuesday afternoon.

According Yogesh Bhattarai, UML publicity department head, the two leaders left for India as per the directives of UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, as his emissaries.The leaders are expected to hold meeting with political leaders in India and brief them on the recent developments corresponding to the new constitution drafting process, he added.
