UML General Secretary Pokharel arrives in Kathmandu after cutting short his China Visit

KATHMANDU, Sept 13: CPN-UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel arrived in Kathmandu after cutting short his China trip. 

A UML delegation led by General Secretary Pokharel was in China at the invitation of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). General Secretary Pokharel had decided to cut short his visit, canceling all scheduled meetings and programs, following the death of Constituent Assembly Chairman and UML Vice Chairman Nembang.

The UML Publicity Department said that the remaining party leaders who are currently in China are expected to return to Nepal as soon as they secure air tickets.
