KATHMANDU, Jan 17: CPN-UML has decided to make Padam Giri, Bhagwati Chaudhary and Hari Upreti along with Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal ministers in the current Cabinet.

It is certain that Paudyal will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Giri the Ministry of Health. UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has given the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and Population to Giri. He has been elected three times as a member of the House of Representatives from Parbat. Dr Paudyal was nominated as a member of the National Assembly by President Bidya Devi Bhandari on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
Four of the eight members of the UML have already become ministers.
