Police have urged the election candidates and their drivers not to leave their vehicles unattended and without information to the security personnel, after their vehicles were targeted in the run up to the November 19 polls.
SSP Subodh Ghimire of Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Range argues that the vehicle arson spree is hitting high due to the negligence on the part of the drivers and the candidates.
Police have taken hold of the driver to investigate the Maitidevi arson incident.
