MAHOTTARI, Jan 9: Two people died when two motorcycles collided in Aaurahi in Mahottari. Two others were seriously injured.
According to Spokesperson at Mahottari District Police DSP Dilip Kumar Giri, a motorcycle (Province 2-02-004 Pa 1840) and another motorcycle (Ja 11 Pa 8099) collided head on near Aurahi Municipality-1 along the Bardibas-Aurhi road section. Police said that both motorcyclists died in the accident.

DSP Dilip Kumar Giri said that 30-year-old Mukesh Chamar of Ramgopalpur Municipality Thali Birta and 32-year-old Dharmendra Mahato of Bhangaha Municipality-3 died on the spot.
DSP Giri said that both the seriously injured in the accident were taken to Shubh Swastik Hospital in Bardibas and the doctor declared them dead.
Similarly, 31-year-old Birendra Gosai of Bhangaha Municipality-5 Birta Palar and 26-year-old Pradip Kumar Yadav of Bardibas Municipality Premnagar were injured in the accident. Their treatment is currently underway.
