KATHMANDU, March 11: Police have arrested two Indian nationals on the charge of smuggling 100 grams of gold and 25 kilograms of silver from Janakpur to India.

KATHMANDU, March 11: Police have arrested two Indian nationals on the charge of smuggling 100 grams of gold and 25 kilograms of silver from Janakpur to India.

According to Police Headquarters, Krishna Kumar Mahato and Rupesh Mahato from Madhubani of the Indian state of Bihar were arrested during the raid in Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City on Sunday evening.


The two motorcyclists were hiding the gold and silver in the motorbike fuel tank. The police have been probing into the arrestees.
