BALEWA, May 7: Two dead bodies were found, one in Badigad rural municipality and another in Jaimini municipality in Baglung district, police confirmed. The dead body of Bam Bahadur Gharti of Tamankhola rural municipality-2, Baglung was found decomposed in the forest of Badigad rural municipality-8.
Locals who reached the forest for fodder and firewood collection had noticed the dead body and immediately informed the police. Though the dead body was beyond recognition, police established his identity based on the clothes and sandal he was wearing. Gharti had gone missing since four months back.
His family was searching for him since long. The dead body was sent to Dhawalagiri Zonal Hospital for post-mortem. Likewise, another dead body was found on the bank of Kaligandaki River at Jaimini municipality-8 of the district, confirmed the District Police Office, Baglung.
A man at around his 30 was foud dead, said DSP Bhattarai. The deceased is yet to be identified and was sent to the Dhawalagiri Zonal Hospital for post-mortem. RSS
