RAMPUR, PALPA, Sept 30: Traffic along the Siddhababa stretch of Palpa-Butwal route that was disrupted following a landslide last night has resumed one way after 14 hours of closure.
The road was reopened partially from this afternoon, said the Dhobhan Area Police Beat. A large score of passengers and vehicles left stranded halfway due to the sudden closure of the route.
The landslide that also brought a big rock down was triggered by incessant rains. Police said that they toiled hard to clear off the mudslide depositions, though not completely, to bring traffic back to the operation.
