KATHMANDU, May 3: Tokha Municipality has suspended all its services except for the most essential ones after its employees and elected representatives tested positive for the COVID-19.
The local government in a press statement on Sunday informed the public that its services except for the most essential ones would not be available until May 13, according to the Municipality’s Spokesperson Bacchu Raj Basyal.

The local government has urged locals to fully abide by the prohibitory order enforced by the Kathmandu District Administration Office. The municipality has also urged all to stay indoor, wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, maintain at least a two-meter distance with other people and follow all health safety protocols if it is urgent to go outside.
