Due to packed vehicles, a few public vehicles have also been added keeping in mind the influx of people, according to Vehicle Entrepreneurs Committee Gorkha.
Moreover, District Traffic Police Office Gorkha is also working hard to maintain the traffic flow. The traffic police have set up a help desk at the main square of the district headquarters. The help desk addresses complaints about irregularities in bus tickets, unavailability of vehicles or any other problem.
Talking about the importance of the help desk, DSP Bheshraj Rijal, said, “We have been helping the public every year by keeping a desk at this area. We are also vigilant to prevent incidents of theft and robbery.”
