Three private schools decide to merge

KATHMANDU, April 5: Three private schools of Kathmandu officially merged on Tuesday. Suryodaya Secondary School, Anandabhumi High School and Blue Sky Public School decided to merge together.



Suryodaya was established 31 years ago, Anandabhumi 29 years ago and Blue Sky 19 years ago.

The merged school, to be called SAB Public School, will operate under the Suryodaya Education Foundation from the coming fiscal year that begins from April 15.


"We decided to be one in a bid to enhance quality of education and extend better facilities to the students," said Lakshya Bahadur KC, chief executive officer of the Suryodaya Education.
