KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Three persons died of suffocation after they entered a well in the premises of a house at Khusibu Town Planning, Nayabazaar in the capital on Wednesday, our correspondent Sundar Khanal reported.
Tirtha Maharjan, 55, who is also the owner of the house, entered the well to fix a water pump and died of suffocation. [break]
Maharjan was followed by his neighbor Naresh Shrestha, 36, after the earlier failed to show up for a long time. Shrestha too died of suffocation.
Meanwhile, Rajesh Natit, 30, who was in critical condition after entering the well died while receiving treatment at Mana Mohan Memorial Hospital.
