BAITADI, Dec 7: Three people died in a road accident in Baitadi district on Sunday night.
The incident took place when the truck (Na 3 Kha 3485) en route to Darchula veered off the road and plunged some 100 down at Bhartola in Malikarjun Rural Municipality-1.
Identity of one of the deceased has been established as of now. The deceased has been identified as Sher Shing Karki, 24, of Dogdakedar Rural Municipality-4.

All the dead bodies have been kept at the District Hospital, Baitadi, for postmortem. The District Police Office said that the investigation into the incident is underway.
