KATHMANDU, Oct 31: Thai AirAsia is set to conduct flights from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, and Gautam Buddha International Airport (GBIA), Bhairahawa from November 3.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) had banned Thai AirAsia for violating the rule on October 27. However, the ban was lifted after it apologized and pledged adherence to CAAN edict.

Information Officer at CAAN, Gyanendra Bhul, said that Thai AirAsia would be conducting four flights from TIA and two from GBIA in a week. The ban was lifted with the condition that its permission to TIA would be automatically scrapped if it halted flights from GBIA, Bhul added.
