Technical problem detected in the flight of Shree Airlines

KATHMANDU, May 8: A Shree Airlines flight from Bhairahawa to Kathmandu has returned to Bhairahawa midway. The flight number SHA 822 with a capacity of 80 seats - S8 plane reached a distance of 20 miles from the Gautam Buddha International Airport (GBIA) located in Bhairahawa and made an emergency landing again at the same airport due to technical problems.

KATHMANDU, May 8: A Shree Airlines flight from Bhairahawa to Kathmandu has returned to Bhairahawa midway. The flight number SHA 822 with a capacity of 80 seats - S8 plane reached a distance of 20 miles from the Gautam Buddha International Airport (GBIA) located in Bhairahawa and made an emergency landing again at the same airport due to technical problems.


According to Tribhuvan International Airport Spokesperson Teknath Sitaula, the flight of Shree Airlines landed again at GBIA due to a problem with its loading gear.

He said that the plane got stuck on the runway after landing, and after the technical repair of the plane, it was removed from the runway and the flight to the airport is now normal.


The aircraft took off from Bhairahawa to Kathmandu at around 9:40 in the morning. Shortly after taking off, the pilot returned the plane to Bhairahawa after a technical problem was noticed. There were 75 passengers on board.
