Taskforce of opposition parties outline protest

KATHMANDU, Nov. 7: The task force constituted by the opposition parties held a meeting today.



In the meeting it discussed on the preparation of the outline of the protest movement against the government and about the memorandum that it plans to submit to the President in protest against the budget the government is going to bring. [break]



General Secretary of the CPN (ML), CP mainali said after the meeting that the meeting prepared the agenda including the protest programme the opposition parties are organizing, mobilization of the people and the memorandum that is to be tabled in the meeting tomorrow.



The Nepali Congress, the CPN (UML), the Rastriya Prajatantra Party, the Rastriya Janashakti Party, the CPN (ML), among other parties have formed a united front to wage a movement against the government.



The meeting was held at the Nepali Congress central office in Sanepa. The task force comprises Nepali Congress general secretary Krishna Sitaula and central committee member Dr. Minendra Rijal, CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal and Raghu Panta, CPN-ML general secretary Mainali and RPP´s Deepak Bohara.
