KATHMANDU, Jan 5: A case has been filed against 39 individuals, including Rabi Lamichhane, in connection with irregularities involving the funds of Swarnalaxmi Cooperative in Kalimati, Kathmandu.
On Sunday, the Office of the Attorney General registered the case against 39 people, including Lamichhane.

Lamichhane, currently in the custody of the District Police Office, Kaski, is being held at the Pokhara District Court over allegations of irregularities in the funds of Suryadarshan Cooperative.
