Swarnalakshmi Cooperative’s funds embezzlement: Lamichhane’s detention hearing begins

On Sunday, the bench of Kathmandu District Court Judge Madhav Prasad Adhikari ordered him to appear before the court at 10 am today and ordered him to be kept in judicial custody. Lamichhane was sent to custody yesterday because the hearing did not conclude yesterday.

KATHMANDU, Jan 13: The detention hearing of Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, has begun at Kathmandu District Court on Monday.


Lamichhane is implicated in a case involving the embezzlement of funds from the Swarnalaxmi Cooperative in Kathmandu.
