Shani Bishwokarma becomes first ‘Nepal Lok Star’

Rolpa based Sunny Bishwokarma won the title of famous reality singing show ‘Nepal Lok Star’ amid a grand finale held in Bhrikutimandap Ground on Friday.

Rolpa based Shani Bishwokarma won the title of famous reality singing show ‘Nepal Lok Star’ amid a grand finale held in Bhrikutimandap Ground on Friday. Chetan Gotame and Binod Danuwar were declared as first and second runner-ups respectively.

Organized by Chahana Media Pvt Ltd to promote and preserve Nepali folk songs, the first season ended by live streaming all 36 episodes from Ap1 Television. Apart from titles; Bishwokarma, Gotame and Danuwar bagged cash prize of Rs 5 million, 2.5 million and 1 million, respectively.
