Sunsari District Court on Thursday ordered that the 32-year old center defender of Three Star be sent to judicial custody. Sunar was arrested by the police on September 11 on the charge of murdering his 38-year-old wife Sabitri Rai Sunar. [break]
The murder had taken place near their house in Dharan 17, Sunsari on September 6. Sunar had married Sabitri in 2064 BS. It was the second marriage of Sabitri, who had abandoned her first husband.
