Khadka a few years ago had married a woman who had a daughter from her previous marriage. The victimized girl in her early teens claimed that her step father Khadka repeatedly raped her at a rented room in Birgunj from February 22 to March 3. District Police Office Parsa has started investigation into the case after medical examination of the victim.
