Sri Lanka defeats Nepal in U-20 women's volleyball

KATHMANDU July 19: Nepal was defeated by Sri Lanka in the first match of the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) U-20 Women's Volleyball Championship.

KATHMANDU July 19: Nepal was defeated by Sri Lanka in the first match of the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) U-20 Women's Volleyball Championship. 


In the match held at the Social Centre in Male of the Maldives last night, Sri Lanka defeated Nepal in a set of 3-1. Nepal lost its first set 25-20 while it won the second set 26-24 but lost the third and fourth sets 25-11 and 25-18, respectively.

Nepal is scheduled to play with Kyrgyzstan this evening.


Nepal, the Maldives, Kyrgyzstan and Sri Lanka are the participants in the CAVA.
