Spreading the Mahatma's message through music

KATHMANDU, Oct 1: If you are a music lover and happen to be free tomorrow evening, try not to miss a special musical evening at Patan Durbar Square.



Starting from 4 pm, the concert is expected to last till 8 in the evening.“This is a special concert to celebrate the birth anniversary of Gandhi,” said Tobias Huber, founder of The Gandhi Tour, who came to Nepal to take part in the Nepal Music Festival. [break]



The audience can enjoy live performances from artists and bands like Swiss artist Tobias Huber, Mukti from Mukti and Revival, Shyam Nepali, Frank Dai, Maya Band, Rudra and Nayan Band.



A representative of Human Rights Association of Nepal will deliver a speech during the event.Organized by Music 4 Peace, the event is free of cost and open to everyone. The event is managed by Ibrain.



Abhilash Aryal, Director of Ibrain, said, “This event is in the support of peace, human rights and upholding the message of Gandhi.”

Dr Arun Gandhi, grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, is also extending his support to the event along with The Gandhi Foundation, informed Tobias Huber.
