Minister Kharel presented the bill in today's meeting of the Legislature-Parliament.At the onset of the meeting, Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar allowed Minister Kharel to seek time for presenting the bill.
The bill was presented amid protests and sloganeering by the lawmakers of political parties associated to agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front.
Next meeting of the Legislature-Parliament shall take place at 1.00pm on January 11.RSS
