KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakash Man Singh has announced his candidacy for the post of party president.
Addressing a function organized by the party's Kathmandu Metropolitan City-13 Ward Committee on Saturday, the party's former Vice President Singh said that he decided to serve the party as the 'number one man' in the days ahead. Arguing that the party will further sink into a mess if a new leadership is not elected, Singh said he has the will and determination to restore the lost glory of the party.
