Nexus defeated Deep Jyoti Academy in a sudden death. The regular time of the match ended in a 1-1 stalemate and the tiebreaker also remained a 4-4 draw, thereby paving the way for the sudden death. Nexus´ custodian Biwash Musyang blocked the shot from Deep Jyoti´s Sanjeev Kandel in the sudden death, while Rohan Shrestha scored the victory goal for Nexus. Biwas was later declared Man of the Match.
Roham Shrestha of Siddhartha Vanasthali scored two goals in another match as the team defeated Adarsha High School 3-0. Sujan Khatri scored the first goal in 53rd minute. Roham was named Man of the Match.
Nexus will take on Gems in the next match, while Siddhartha will compete with SOS in the pre-quarterfinals.
